Professional conduct standards followed by the Research Analyst.

Integrity
The Research Analyst shall act with honesty, integrity, diligence and in an ethical manner while dealing with clients and users of research.
Independence and objectivity
Research shall be produced with independence and objectivity, and shall not be influenced by any relationship with subject companies or third parties.
Prohibited activities
- No guarantee of returns or performance
- No front-running or trading on the basis of research prior to publication
- No selective disclosure of research to a subset of clients before general publication
- No use of unpublished price-sensitive information
Compliance
The analyst complies with the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, applicable circulars, and the Code of Conduct specified therein.
