Nature of service
- House Of Trade (SEBI Registered Research Analyst, INH000026433) provides research and educational content only.
- No portfolio management, no fund handling, no assured returns and no execution of trades on behalf of clients.
- Research is impersonal and not tailored to any individual's financial situation unless expressly stated.
Fees and billing
- Fees are charged only for the subscribed service and period displayed at checkout.
- Fees are collected exclusively through the official payment gateway into the registered bank account. Never pay into any personal account.
- Fees do not include brokerage, statutory levies, taxes or any third-party charges.
Client obligations
- Provide accurate KYC information and update any change promptly.
- Take independent investment decisions and consult a qualified adviser where required.
- Do not redistribute, resell or publish research received under a subscription.
Risk acknowledgement
- Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks; past performance does not indicate future results.
- Derivatives carry a high risk of loss and may not be suitable for every client.
- No recommendation guarantees profit or protection against loss.
Termination and grievance
- Either party may discontinue the service as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Grievances may be raised at houseoftradeoffice@gmail.com; unresolved complaints may be escalated to SEBI SCORES and the ODR portal.
