About ODR
SEBI has enabled a common Online Dispute Resolution portal (SMART ODR) for the resolution of disputes in the Indian securities market. The portal is available at https://smartodr.in/.
When to use ODR
- You have already raised the grievance with the Research Analyst and the Compliance Officer
- You are dissatisfied with the resolution or the timeline
- You want an independent, structured mediation or arbitration mechanism
How to file
Visit https://smartodr.in/, register with your PAN and contact details, select the intermediary category as Research Analyst, and file the complaint with supporting documents. Please quote SEBI Registration Number INH000026433 when filing.
