Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid Research Memberships and one-time paid services offered through the House Of Trade platform.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents auto-renewal for the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current active period.

Refund window

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial payment for a first-time subscription.
• Requests must be sent to houseoftradeoffice@gmail.com from the registered email address, with the transaction reference.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval, net of applicable transaction charges and taxes.
• Refunds are not available for content already downloaded, consumed extensively, or after the refund window has lapsed.

GST

Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is levied where required. Tax invoices are issued for each successful transaction and can be downloaded from your account.
