About SCORES
SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redressal System) is the centralised web-based grievance mechanism operated by SEBI. Investors can lodge complaints against SEBI-registered intermediaries and listed companies, and track the status through the portal.
How to file a complaint
- Visit https://scores.sebi.gov.in/
- Register as an investor with your PAN, contact details and address
- Select the intermediary category as "Research Analyst" and quote Registration Number INH000026433
- Describe the grievance clearly and attach supporting documents
Escalation
If you are unsatisfied with the resolution provided through SCORES, you may escalate the matter through the SMART ODR portal at https://smartodr.in/.
