Acceptance
By accessing House Of Trade, its Research Terminal, communities or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all published policies. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
Eligibility
The platform is intended for use by residents of India who are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract in India. Access from other jurisdictions is at the user's own risk and subject to local laws.
Nature of services
All content and services are educational and research in nature. No content constitutes investment advice, portfolio management or brokerage services. The research analyst does not execute trades on your behalf or manage any client funds.
User conduct
- You will not misuse, copy, redistribute or resell research content without written permission
- You will not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity
- You will maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the research analyst is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including trading losses, arising from use of the platform or reliance on any content.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, subject to SEBI's specified dispute-resolution mechanisms including ODR.
